
The Pathway of Care for Children with Exceptional Healthcare Needs was developed in 2010 by the Pathway Development Group of the National Managed Clinical Network for Children with Exceptional Healthcare Needs (NMCN CEN) and adapted after suggestions and additional references and good practice documents by members of the Pathway Reference Group and other parents and professionals.
